I walked on at the University of Michigan and earned my spot. I went on to become an All-American, compete in the biggest moments, and be part of a team that won multiple Big Ten titles and a national championship.

At Michigan I was able to unlock high-level mental training which allowed me to compete with Olympic-level athletes on my events.

Training alongside elite athletes at Michigan made one thing clear: success is a complicated recipe. Talent, health, timing all need to align. But the ones who reached their ceiling weren't always the most gifted — they were the ones who trained their mind to optimise these ingredients.
